About Us
Hi, we're the Wayne State Pathologists' Assistant Class of 2019. Since we began in August of 2017, our lives have changed dramatically. We are currently in the second year of a two-year masters program. In our first year, we spent many intensive hours in the classroom learning the base knowledge of a pathologists' assistant. Now that we are in our second year, we are learning in a clinical setting at many locations throughout the Metro Detroit area. By the time we graduate in July of 2019, we will be fully prepared to work in the field as Pathologists' Assistants. This program has brought the 12 of us together from many different walks of life. To find out our individual stories of how we got here please continue to read below.
